These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("you," "User," or "Customer") and Adnan Hassan, a solo software developer operating this website and the digital products sold on it ("we," "us," "Adnan Hassan," or the "Service"). They apply to this website, adnanhassan.me, and to every digital product sold on it — including Quora Traffic Ops, YouTube to AI, and any product released after these Terms were last updated.
By visiting this website, creating an account, purchasing a license, installing a browser extension we publish, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Adnan Hassan is a solo software developer who designs, builds, and sells self-serve digital marketing tools directly to individual buyers — through this website and, where noted, through third-party distribution channels such as the Chrome Web Store or WordPress.org. Products currently include:
No physical goods are sold. There is no marketplace here for other people's products — every product listed on this site is built and sold by Adnan Hassan directly. Payments are routed through one of our payment providers — Paddle, Lemon Squeezy, or Whop, whichever is stated at checkout for the product you're buying — and who is the seller of record for tax purposes depends on which provider is used, as explained in Section 6.
KeywordIntent.io is referenced on this site as a flagship product co-developed with Anthony Hayes, but it is operated under its own terms of service at keywordintent.io. These Terms do not govern your use of KeywordIntent.io.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase or use any product. By purchasing, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you are not located in, or a resident of, any country or region subject to comprehensive trade sanctions administered by the United States, the United Nations, the European Union, or the United Kingdom, and that you are not on any restricted-party or denied-persons list maintained by those bodies.
Some products require you to create an account or connect an email address to receive your license key or activate your subscription. You agree to:
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account or license, whether or not you authorized it, except to the extent caused by our own negligence or breach of these Terms.
Each product page states whether that product is sold as a lifetime license (one-time payment, access for as long as the product is supported) or a recurring subscription (billed monthly or annually until cancelled). Unless a product page says otherwise, products are sold as lifetime licenses.
Access is delivered electronically — typically an email with a license key, a login link, or a direct link to install a browser extension or plugin — immediately or within a reasonable time after payment is confirmed by our payment provider. If you do not receive access within 24 hours of purchase, contact support@adnanhassan.me.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of all applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the product you purchased, for your own personal or internal business marketing activities, on the number of seats or devices (if any) stated on the product page.

We reserve the right to revoke a license, without refund, if we reasonably determine it has been shared, resold, or used in violation of this section, after providing notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure where practical.
Depending on the product you are buying, checkout is handled by one of three payment providers — Paddle.com Market Limited, Lemon Squeezy, Inc., or Whop, Inc. — as stated on the checkout page at the time of purchase. Their role differs, so who is the "seller of record" for tax purposes depends on which one processed your order:

Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and may vary by region due to local tax requirements. We reserve the right to change prices for future purchases at any time; a price change does not affect a license you have already purchased. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled — you can cancel at any time from the customer portal link included in your receipt email, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
All products come with a 30-day money-back guarantee unless a shorter or different period is stated on the specific product page. You agree to use every product only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not use a product to:
You are solely responsible for the content you create, publish, or distribute using our tools, and for your compliance with the terms of any third-party platform you use our tools on. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this section, as described in Section 15.
Several products connect to or rely on third-party services — for example the Anthropic Claude API, OpenAI's API, the Google Ads API, the YouTube Data API, or the Chrome Web Store distribution platform. Your use of those integrations is also governed by the relevant third party's own terms and privacy policy, which you are responsible for reviewing and complying with. We are not affiliated with, and do not speak for, Google, Anthropic, OpenAI, Quora, Reddit, or any other platform referenced on this site or inside our products; all trademarks belong to their respective owners.
We do not control, and are not responsible for, outages, policy changes, pricing changes, or discontinuation of any third-party API or platform, even where that materially affects a product's functionality. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice and work to adapt the affected product.
Some tools process input you provide — prompts, keywords, transcripts, or campaign data ("Your Content") — in order to generate output for you. You retain all ownership rights in Your Content. You grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely to operate the product, provide support, and (in aggregated, de-identified form only) improve our products.
If you send us feedback, feature requests, or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that feedback without restriction or obligation to you, and without attribution.
All software, source code, designs, trademarks, logos, and documentation that make up a product are the intellectual property of Adnan Hassan (or our licensors) and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. Purchasing a license grants you the specific usage rights described in Section 5 — it does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.
If you believe content on this website infringes your copyright, email support@adnanhassan.me with (a) a description of the copyrighted work, (b) the URL of the allegedly infringing material, (c) your contact information, and (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized. We will review and respond to valid notices in accordance with applicable law.
THE SERVICE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that any product will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, or that it will produce any particular marketing result, ranking, traffic increase, or revenue outcome. Outcomes depend on your niche, effort, and how a tool is used, and will vary. Nothing in this section limits any warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded in your jurisdiction.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ADNAN HASSAN WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR ANY PRODUCT WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) USD $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Adnan Hassan from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use or misuse of a product; (b) content you generate, publish, or distribute using our tools; (c) your violation of these Terms or of any third-party platform's terms; or (d) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
These Terms remain in effect for as long as you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate your access to a product, without refund, if you materially breach these Terms — including violations of Section 8 (Acceptable Use) or Section 5 (License) — and, where practical, we will give you notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure the breach first. You may stop using a product, and cancel a subscription, at any time.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law & Disputes — will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where a mandatory consumer-protection law of your own country of residence gives you additional rights that cannot be waived by contract, in which case those mandatory rights still apply.
Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us at support@adnanhassan.me and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. If the dispute is not resolved informally, it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts, and each party waives any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of a product at any time, and may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify active license holders by email. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms; if you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
