This Privacy Policy explains how Adnan Hassan ("we," "us") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit this website, sign up for the newsletter, purchase a product, or use one of our software products ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described below.
This policy covers adnanhassan.me and every product sold on it, including Quora Traffic Ops, YouTube to AI, and any future products, whether accessed on the web, as a Chrome extension, or as a WordPress plugin. It does not cover KeywordIntent.io, which has its own separate privacy policy at keywordintent.io, or any other website we link to.

If you provide your email address — through a purchase or the newsletter signup form — we may send you product updates, launch discounts, important account notices, and support replies. Newsletter and marketing emails always include an unsubscribe link, and you can also opt out at any time by emailing support@adnanhassan.me. Transactional emails related to a purchase you made (such as license delivery or refund confirmations) cannot be opted out of while your license is active, since they are necessary to the service.
Newsletter submissions on this site are delivered via Web3Forms, a form-processing service. Web3Forms receives the email address you submit solely to route it to our inbox; see Web3Forms' own privacy policy at web3forms.com/privacy for how they handle that data in transit.
This website links to third-party sites (for example, Paddle, Lemon Squeezy, Whop, the Chrome Web Store, WordPress.org, or Anthony Hayes' site) and some products integrate with third-party APIs. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing them with information.
We are based in Pakistan, and our service providers (payment processors, hosting, email delivery, AI APIs) are located in various countries, including the United States and the European Union. This means your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in a country other than your own, which may have different data protection laws. Where required, we rely on our providers' standard contractual clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms to protect your data in these transfers.

We retain your personal data for as long as your license or account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward to comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements — typically no more than 7 years for financial records. To request earlier deletion of your personal data, email support@adnanhassan.me; requests are completed within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain certain records.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; request deletion; object to or restrict certain processing; request a portable copy of your data; and withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

The Service is not directed to, and is not intended for use by, anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly — contact support@adnanhassan.me if you believe this has happened.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above, and where appropriate we will notify active customers by email. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated policy.
